Training Specialist/Instructional Designer

Wayland, MA | Market Rate DOE | Full Time Position

This position is responsible for the strategy, design, and development of results-oriented training modules (Interactive E-learning) for clients of Analgesic Solutions. Major job duties are the creation of training that integrates a variety of different media and methodologies, development and execution of training measurements of success, ROI, and methods for program improvements, and maintenance of existing training courses by researching, planning, and developing content and restructuring of the content as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and implement learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and/or cross-functional teams for content development
  • Manage, facilitate and support Learning and Design processes and efforts required to meet Quality System and healthcare compliance standards and Legal requirements
  • Evaluate, implement and administrate the Learning Management System
  • Organize and implement delivery of learning solutions including any re-training actions necessary
  • Lead and/or support the sustained forecasting and delivery of programs to meet business needs
  • Measure the effectiveness of learning programs
  • Design, implement, and support the development and use learning assessment methodologies and tools
  • Work with Managers of Sales Training & Marketing on various strategic projects, new product launches and special product promotions

Education

  • BA/BS in business discipline or equivalent experience required

Qualifications/Skills:

  • 3-5 years instructional design or technical writing experience
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry preferred
  • Proficient in a variety of Learning Management Systems
  • Learning Methodology, ADDIE preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Expert in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
  • Must be energetic, enthusiastic, determined, goal oriented and proficient at multitasking

Project Manager/Account Manager

Wayland, MA | Market Rate DOE | Full Time Position

The Project Manager/Account Manager in the Project Management group will assist in the planning and managing of a variety of activities specific to Analgesic Solutions client offerings.  This position will be involved in the development of project timelines, communicating with vendors, reporting progress, and managing the project scope for assigned projects to ensure quality deliverables that are delivered on-time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and management of detailed project plans with milestones and project timelines
  • Understanding the client and project needs in detail, and assisting with the management of the project team and communications
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools, and routine reporting of project status and risk mitigation to ensure successful project outcome
  • Be the point of contact for clients, lead calls with clients
  • Communicate with 3rd party vendors
  • Ensure excellent quality for all documents, materials, deliverables and services provided in projects
  • Work collaboratively with other departments at Analgesic Solutions to provide clients with a superior experience and ensure commitments made to the client are handled appropriately
  • Run and report on weekly and monthly metrics around profitability and efficiency as help in oversight of unit
  • Work with Business Development on incoming opportunities and hand-off from contract signage to execution

Research Intern

Wayland, MA | 20 hours/week

The research and work provided by the Research Intern plays a crucial role in the R&D team’s ability to execute on department tasks. The Research Intern will gain significant experience in translational and clinical research and will be actively involved in ongoing research activities, such as literature searches, data analyses, study protocol development, and manuscript writing.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on issues that arise in the context of analgesic drug development programs, perform regulatory-oriented research (e.g., labeling precedents, databases, approved drugs, clinical endpoints, etc.).
  • Research scientific material
  • Perform literature reviews and literature review analyses reports
  • Data Extraction, collection, and analysis report
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis
  • File and organize documents
  • Draft reports, summarize data, collect regulatory documents, prepare presentations

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., pharmacology, psychology, public health)
  • Experience in clinical research is a plus
